Amy is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor through the Pennsylvania Certification Board, a Certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapist, and a Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider. She earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business Administration from Grove City College.

She obtained her master's degree in Clinical Counseling from Malone University and her bachelor's degree from the University of Mount Union. Sarah has been trained and certified in trauma recovery and grief recovery, incorporating both into her work with clients as they seek out peace and freedom from various addictions.
